1. Log into your Paypal account
2. Click on ‘History’ at the top left-hand side of the page.
3. Search for the last automatic transaction that was made to the reoccurring account you’d like to cancel.
4. Click on ‘Details’ –this button is underlined and in blue.
5. You should have a page that says ‘Transaction Details’.
6. Find where it shows an ID of the subscription – this is shown in different places dependant on the country and account type you have setup your Paypal account with. There should be a number in blue or a ‘View Details’ kinof a link related to that number.
7. Find on that page and click on the button that says “Cancel Subscription”.
8. On the next page, once again, click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button to finalize the cancellation. You might be asked whether you would really like to ‘cancel this profile’, say ‘yes’ to that – it is just a way of Paypal to be awkward:)

To set up an email signature in Outlook 2003:

• Select Tools | Options… from the menu in Outlook.
• Go to the Mail Format tab.
• Click Signatures… under Signatures.
• Click New….
• Give the new signature a name.
  • If you set up more than one signature for different purposes — work mail vis-à-vis personal chat, for example —, name them accordingly.
• Click Next >.
• Type the desired text of your email signature.
  • It is best to limit your signature to no more than 5 or 6 lines of text.
  • Include the standard signature delimiter (it does not count as a line of text).
  • You can use the Font… and Paragraph… buttons to format your text, but if you want to use links, fancy formatting and images even in your signature, you can do so more easily via a different route.
  • Additionally, select a business card to add under vCard options.
• Click Finish.
• Now click OK.
• If you have just created your first signature, Outlook has automatically made it the default — automatically inserted — for new messages. To use it for replies as well, which I recommend, select it under Signature for replies and forwards:.
• Click OK again.

Create an Email Signature in Outlook 2007

• In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
• On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.
• Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.
• In the Edit signature box, type the text that you want to include in the signature.
• To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.
• After you finish creating the signature, click OK.

You can set a signature to be added automatically to outgoing messages, or you can manually insert a signature when needed.

Insert a signature automatically:

• In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
• Under Choose default signature, in the E-mail account list, click an e-mail account with which you want to associate the signature.
• In the New messages list, select the signature that you want
• If you want a signature to be included in message replies and in forwarded messages, in the Replies/forwards list, select the signature. If not, select none.
• Click OK.

Insert a signature manually:

• In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then select the signature that you want.

Create Email Signatures in Outlook Express

To get started, go up to Tools and click on ‘options.’ Go to the Signatures tab, and click ‘new.’ Type the text that you want to appear in the box under Edit Signatures. Click on ‘rename,’ and give your signature a name.

Now click on ‘new’ to create a second signature. Type in some text, and don’t forget to give it a name as well. You can click on ’set as default’ for this signature, and hit ‘apply.’

Insert Text or an HTML File

Now, if you have a Text or an HTML file, you can also use that as your signature. Just click on ‘new,’ and instead of typing something in, click on the File button. Click ‘browse’ and locate your file. Click ‘open,’ and now give it a name.

Use Signatures for Multiple Email Accounts

If you have multiple email accounts set up, you can specify which signature goes with which email account.

First, click on the signature you want to use. Click on the Advanced tab. Choose the email account that you want the signature to belong to. Choose as many as you’d like. When you’re done, click ‘OK.’

Add Signature to Outgoing Messages

Now, make sure to click on the box that says ‘Add Signatures to All Outgoing Messages.’ Now you can choose whether you want to add signatures to replies and forwards. Click ‘OK,’ and go up to Create Mail.

There’s your signature, all ready to go.

How to Create a Signature in Windows Live Mail

To set up a default signature in Windows Live Mail:

• Select Tools | Options from the menu.
• Go to the Signatures tab.
• Make sure Add signatures to all outgoing messages is selected.
• You probably also want to deselect Don’t add signatures to Replies and Forwards.
• Now select the signature you want to become the one automatically inserted.
• Click Set as Default.
• Click OK.

Create an Email Signature in Mac OS

We first learnt about Conlan Schools of Abergele when their Managing Director Francesco Cendron offered a Programming Student Wu Jiang to reside with us for a three week period back in 2008.

Wu gained industrial and language experience with Pamaya Ltd who are one of North Wales’ leading Web and graphical design companies.

CTO Maja Williams said that it was a pleasure to have provided Wu with this opportunity and was impressed with his knowledge so early in his career. Vanessa’s work has been widely varied and has focussed on Pamaya’s Client The Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza; meanwhile Silvio has been flexing his muscles in design concepts and deliverables for some of North Wale’s leading businesses.

Pamaya may block mail that violates this AUP. In addition, your Services may be suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP in accordance with the Master Services Agreement.

Bulk Mail
You may not use your Mail Service to send Bulk Mail. “Bulk Mail” means email messages of similar content that are sent to more than two hundred and fifty (250) recipients. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by breaking up bulk email over time, using multiple accounts, or other means will be a violation of this restriction.

You may not use a third party other than an authorized Pamaya partner to send Bulk Mail that references a Mail Service email address or that has a Mail Service return email address.

You may not intentionally use your Mail Service for the purpose of receiving bulk email from others. For example, you may not submit any Mail Service email address to a “Safelist” or “Free for All” (FFA) list.

Mail messages sent to other users within your domain names hosted on the Pamaya system are not Bulk Mail.

Unsolicited Mail
You may not send unsolicited email. Email is unsolicited if you have no pre-existing relationship with the recipient, unless the recipient has published or otherwise provided or his or her email address in a manner which implies consent to receive the email.

Message Source
You may not obscure the source of your email in any manner, including by intentionally omitting, forging, or misrepresenting messages headers or return addresses.

Offensive Content
You may not use the Mail Services to distribute content or links to content that Pamaya reasonably believes:

constitutes, depicts, fosters, promotes or relates in any manner to child pornography, bestiality, or non-consensual sex acts;
is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence or contains harassing content or hate speech;
is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy;
creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement;
improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person;
is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;
infringes on another person’s copyright, trade or service mark, patent or other property right;
promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling or illegal arms trafficking;
is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Rackspace;
is otherwise malicious or fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Rackspace by offended recipients; or is intended to harass or threaten.
You may not send email of any kind to a person who has indicated that they do not wish to receive it.

Security
You may not probe, scan, or test Pamaya’s systems for vulnerabilities. You may not violate or attempt to violate Pamaya’s security measures. You may not use Pamaya’s services to probe, scan or test a third party’s systems for vulnerabilities, or to violate or attempt to violate a third party’s security measures. Examples of security violations are: (i) attempting to access data not intended for your use; (ii) attempting to log into an account that you are not authorized to access; (iii) attempting to obtain services you have not paid for (including Pamaya Services); (iv) attempting to discover another person’s authentication information; and (v) interfering with another user’s use of the Services.

You must use reasonable security precautions in connection with your use of the Services, such as a desktop virus scanner and firewall. If your Service is exploited by a third party, Pamaya may suspend your Services until the vulnerability is addressed. For example, Pamaya may suspend your Mail Service if you are distributing a virus, even if you are unaware that you are distributing a virus.

System Abuse
You may not use the Mail Services in a way that creates technical disturbances for other Pamaya customers or for the Pamaya systems generally. In addition:

No Shared Mailboxes – each mailbox may be used by one natural person at a time. Attempts to log into a single mailbox simultaneously from more than one computer are prohibited. You may not use automated tools such as “Fetchmail” or “Microsoft Exchange Connector” to virtualize one mailbox into multiple mailboxes.
Automated Use – mailboxes are not intended for automated use such as sending emails from web servers, or receiving emails by automated programs. However, such use is permitted provided Customer does not violate this AUP. Pamaya does not provide technical support for this type of use.
Resellers
If you are a reseller of Mail Services, you are responsible for use of the Mail Services by your end users in violation of this AUP to the same extent as if you were using the Mail Services yourself.

Email Abuse Complaints
Complaints from email recipients and third party abuse agencies (e.g. SpamHaus or Spamcop) shall be deemed proof of the facts stated therein unless you provide compelling evidence to the contrary. Pamaya shall have the right to terminate your Mail Service if we receive excessive or repeated complaints from your email recipients, regardless of whether you are in breach of this AUP or are otherwise at fault.

Blacklisting/Retaliation
Pamaya may terminate your Services if your email address or related IP number(s) is/are blacklisted by any third party, or Pamaya is retaliated against as a result of your email, regardless of whether you are in breach of this AUP or are otherwise at fault.

Third Party Mail Marketing
You may not use your Mail Service to send Bulk Mail (defined above) except via a mail marketing service that we have approved in advance. You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other laws and regulations applicable to bulk and commercial mail. In addition, you must meet all of the following requirements:

The mail may be sent only to individuals who have affirmatively indicated they wish to receive it;
Your procedures for seeking consent include reasonable means to ensure that the person giving consent is the owner of the email address for which consent is given;
You retain evidence of each recipient’s consent in a form that can be promptly produced on request, and you honor the recipient’s and Pamaya’s requests to produce consent evidence within 72 hours of receipt of the request.
You have procedures in place that allow a recipient to revoke their consent – such as a link in the body of the email, or instructions to reply with the word “Remove” in the subject line; you honor revocations of consent within 48 hours, and you notify recipients that the revocation of their consent will be implemented within 48 hours;
You have procedures in place to prevent you from adding to a list a recipient who has previously revoked their consent;
You must post an email address for complaints (such as abuse@yourdoman.com) in a conspicuous place on any website associated with the email, you must register that address at abuse.net, and you must promptly respond to messages sent to that address;
You must have a Privacy Policy posted for each domain associated with the mailing;
The subject line of the email must clearly describe the subject matter contained in the email, and the message must include valid contact information, including your physical address;
You have the means to track anonymous complaints; and
You must not attempt to send any message to an email address if 3 consecutive delivery rejections have occurred and the time between the third rejection and the first rejection is longer than fifteen days.
These requirements apply to distribution lists created by third parties to the same extent as if the list were created by you.

You may not use a third party email service that does not practice similar procedures for all of its customers.

Pamaya may test and otherwise monitor your compliance with these requirements and may require you to seek advance approval for any Bulk Mail. Pamaya may throttle your mailing if your Bulk Mail is generating excess bounced messages

Using feeds (RSS)

Here are answers to some common questions about feeds (RSS).

What is a feed?

Feeds, also known as RSS feeds, XML feeds, syndicated content, or web feeds, contain frequently updated content published by a website. They are usually used for news and blog websites, but are also used for distributing other types of digital content, including pictures, audio or video. Feeds can also be used to deliver audio content (usually in MP3 format) which you can listen to on your computer or MP3 player. This is referred to as podcasting.

How do I know if a website offers feeds?

When you first view a website, Internet Explorer will search for feeds. If feeds are available, the Feeds button will change color and a sound will play.

How do I view a feed?

When you visit a webpage, the Feeds button will change color, letting you know that feeds are available. Click the Feeds button, and then click the feed you want to see. To get content automatically, you should subscribe to a feed.

How do I subscribe to a feed?

Click to open Internet Explorer.

1. Go to the website that has the feed you want to subscribe to.
2. Click the Feeds button to discover feeds on the webpage.
3. Click a feed (if more than one is available). If only one feed is available, you will go directly to that page.
4. Click the Subscribe to this Feed button , and then click Subscribe to this Feed.
5. Type a name for the feed and select the folder to create the feed in.
6. Click Subscribe.

How does a feed differ from a website?

A feed can have the same content as a webpage, but it’s often formatted differently. When you subscribe, Internet Explorer automatically checks the website and downloads new content so you can see what is new since you last visited the feed.

Does a feed subscription cost money?

No, it’s usually free to subscribe to a feed.

How can I view my subscribed feeds?

You view feeds on the Feeds tab in the Favorites Center. To view your feeds, click the Favorites Center button , and then click Feeds.

Can other programs display my subscribed feeds?

Yes, Internet Explorer provides the Common Feed List to other programs. This allows you to subscribe to feeds with Internet Explorer and read them in other programs, such as e‑mail clients, or the Windows Sidebar.

What does RSS mean?

The acronym RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, and is used to describe the technology used in creating feeds.

What formats do feeds come in?

The most common formats are RSS and Atom. Feed formats are constantly being updated with new versions. Internet Explorer supports RSS 0.91, 1.0, and 2.0, and ATOM .3, 1.0 . All web feed formats are based on XML (Extensible Markup Language), a text-based computer language used to describe and distribute structured data and documents.
