What is a CRM?
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management or Customer Relationship Marketing. The principle is simple – maximising the value of each customer relationship and translating this into increased sales, satisfaction and profits.
Most companies need to acquire new customers as well as keeping and growing the ones they have already. To do both, you need to have a contact management system which allows you to manage all sales and marketing processes, campaigns and client conversations effectively.
